Terms & Conditions for Ski Weekend

By registering for and participating in the Winter Ski Weekend event (the "Event"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Registration and Payment
    1.1. To participate in the Winter Ski Weekend, you must complete the registration process with booking accommodation and provide accurate personal information.
    1.2. Full payment is required upon registration (including accommodation) unless otherwise specified. Payments for the Event are non-refundable except as outlined in the cancellation policy.
    1.3. Participants are responsible for any additional costs not included in the Event registration, such as meals, transportation, equipment rentals, or insurance.
  2. Eligibility
    2.1. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and capable of safely participating in skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and other winter activities.
    2.2. Participants with any medical condition or health concerns should consult with their doctor before participating in the Event.
  3. Event Activities and Modifications
    3.1. The Event includes skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and other outdoor activities. Participants must comply with the rules and guidelines set by the Event organizers and activity leaders.
    3.2. The Event organizers reserve the right to modify, cancel, or replace any activity or portion of the Event due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
    3.3. The organizers are not responsible for any activities outside the official Event itinerary or if participants choose to engage in activities independently.
  4. Liability and Insurance
    4.1. Skiing and other winter sports are inherently risky activities. By participating in the Event, participants acknowledge and accept all associated risks, including the risk of injury or death.
    4.2. Participants are strongly advised to obtain personal accident insurance that covers skiing and other winter sports. The Event organizers are not responsible for any injuries, losses, damages, or medical costs that arise during the Event.
    4.3. Participants agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Event organizers, hosts, partners, and venues from any liability arising from their participation in the Event.
  5. Behavior and Conduct
    5.1. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards fellow participants, staff, and local authorities.
    5.2. Any disruptive or dangerous behavior will result in immediate removal from the Event, with no refund provided.
    5.3. Participants must respect local laws and regulations, as well as the environment and property of the venue.
  6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
    6.1. If you need to cancel your registration, please notify the Event organizers as soon as possible.
    6.2. Cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
    6.3. If the Event is canceled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns, etc.), participants will be notified promptly. Refunds may be offered based on the circumstances of the cancellation.
  7. Photography and Media
    7.1. Participants acknowledge that photographs and videos may be taken during the Event for promotional and marketing purposes. By attending the Event, participants grant the Event organizers permission to use their image, voice, and likeness in such media without compensation.
    7.2. If participants do not wish to be photographed or filmed, they must inform the Event organizers in advance.
  8. Force Majeure
    8.1. The Event organizers will not be held responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of their obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, strikes, or governmental actions.
  9. Agreement
    9.1. By registering for and attending the Winter Ski Weekend, participants confirm they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
    9.2. These Terms & Conditions are subject to change, and participants will be notified of any significant changes before the Event.
